When requesting a quote, please provide the following information:
1 - A jpg of your logo.
2 - The exact location where you want the logo to appear on the product.
3 - The quantity you are requesting.
4 - How soon you need the product delivered to you.
5 - Your business information.
6 - Your mailing address.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide. Free shipping in USA. 
Shipping charge to other countries besides USA is different, it's based on the final destination. We are not responsible for custom clearance and custom duties, taxes. The carrier and buyer are responsible for damages or problems that arise during and after shipping. We as always stand by the quality of the products we have shipped.
All orders ship from NJ-USA.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns, custom order is not refundable.

HOW SOON THE CUSTOM ORDER CAN BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Most custom order take around 4 weeks to 12 weeks.

WHAT IS THE CUSTOM ORDER TERMS?

50% of total order amount is required as a deposit when you place a custom order with us. Pay off the balance when it's ready for shipping to destination. We only accept company check or money wired. Once the order is started, it can not be canceled or refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders that have already in manufacturing process or shipped can not be cancelled. However, you will have 5 days to cancel your order after you place it with us, talk to our specialist by emailing your order invoice along with your cancellation request.

I CAN NOT SEE MY ITEM IN YOUR CATALOG OR WEBSITE, CAN YOU HELP ME MAKE IT OR FIND WHAT I WANT?

We are pleased to help you with any special requests, if you do not see the product you want on our website, you can simply photo your product and mail your sample to us. 

We can customize many items to meet your needs, many items can be ordered in custom colors or imprinted by silk screening, hot stamping or other forms.
